Products and compatibility

Check the exact vehicle generation, production year, instrument cluster, connector and selected physical version before ordering. Vehicle illustrations identify the application; read the product description and supplied-item details. Ask support if compatibility is unclear. Operating modes and controls differ by product.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. The selected variant price and separate shipping charge appear at checkout before you place an order. Any tax charged by us is included in the displayed final total. Import charges imposed in the destination country are explained in our delivery policy.

Review your item, quantity, delivery address and total before placing an order. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay if accepted. The initial order email acknowledges receipt; acceptance is confirmed separately or by dispatch. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. Payment options available at checkout govern how payment is made.

Delivery

See destinations, charges and estimated transit times. Russia and Belarus are excluded. No particular courier is promised unless expressly agreed.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Our 30-day cancellation policy sets out how to notify us, return goods and receive a refund. Our warranty policy explains the separate 12-month commercial warranty and mandatory consumer rights. Statutory remedies are not limited by these terms.

Intended use and installation

Mileage-control products are intended for controlled off-road and dynamometer testing. Follow the exact product instructions, use competent installation assistance when needed, and keep accurate records of actual vehicle use. Do not use a module to misrepresent vehicle mileage or history. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to support@carelectronicslab.com with your order details and requested resolution. We will provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days. If a consumer dispute is not resolved, you may contact Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or the competent body in your country. Your right to go to court is unaffected.

Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not restrict such protections or mandatory jurisdiction rights.
