Destinations and prices
We ship from Lithuania worldwide, except Russia and Belarus. Shipping is charged separately at a fixed rate per order, based on the delivery country.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Transit estimates below are separate from this preparation time and run from dispatch; they are not guaranteed delivery dates. The carrier is selected when the order is shipped. Customs processing, public holidays and local conditions can affect arrival. Contact us for dispatch availability before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Customs
For destinations where import charges apply, local import duties, taxes and clearance charges are separate from our product and shipping prices unless expressly stated at checkout. Check your destination’s requirements. We provide the shipment documentation applicable to the order.
Delivery problems
Check your delivery address carefully. If the parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or risk of loss.
Returns and warranty
Our 30-day return policy explains cancellation, return shipping and refunds. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; valid defect claims are handled under our warranty and statutory rights policy. No restocking fee applies.
