Information and purposes

Enquiries and orders: name, email, telephone, delivery/billing address, items ordered and payment status are used to answer requests and perform a purchase contract or take steps at your request before one is made.
Accounts: login and account details support the account you request and the associated order services.
Accounting and legal duties: transaction records are retained and disclosed where required by applicable law.
Security and disputes: technical logs and relevant correspondence may be processed for our legitimate interests in protecting the website, preventing misuse and establishing or defending legal claims, balanced against your rights.
Optional marketing: if you choose to subscribe, we use your email for the updates you requested based on consent. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Required checkout details are needed to process and deliver an order. Without them we may be unable to provide that service. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details through email or messaging.

Service providers and recipients

Information needed for the relevant service may be shared with website hosting and IT providers, email providers, the payment provider selected at checkout, the chosen delivery carrier or shipping broker, accounting advisers and authorities where required. Hosting and shop infrastructure use Hostinger and WordPress/WooCommerce. Only information relevant to the task is shared.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, the platform also handles information under its own privacy policy. External links take you to services with their own data practices. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the request and any related complaint or claim. Order and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory accounting/tax period and, where necessary, until a related legal claim is resolved. Account information is retained while the account is used; closing an account does not require deletion of records that must legally be retained. Marketing contact details are retained until consent is withdrawn, with a minimal suppression record where needed to honour the opt-out. Technical logs are kept only for the operational or security investigation period for which they are needed.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies for essential functions such as login sessions, the shopping cart and checkout. Optional analytics or advertising technologies require separate consent where applicable. Browser settings let you manage stored cookies; blocking essential cookies can prevent cart or login functions. This privacy notice is not a request for blanket consent to all processing.

You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or the supervisory authority where you live or work. Contacting us first is helpful but is not a requirement for making a complaint.
