For a compatible Corvette C7, this mileage blocker provides two operating states: Freeze to stop mileage accumulation and Bypass for normal distance recording. The module is intended exclusively for off-road, closed-track and dyno testing. Before ordering, verify the BCM connector arrangement on your vehicle rather than relying on its model year alone.
Use only for off-road, closed-track or dyno testing. Do not use on public roads or to misrepresent the distance travelled or the vehicle’s history.
This product covers Chevrolet Corvette C7 vehicles from 2013–2019 with a seven-connector Body Control Module (BCM). A BCM with eight connectors is not supported. Count the connectors and identify the correct connection before selecting a version.
The required connection is the white BCM connector. Do not connect the emulator to the grey connector. If the arrangement is unclear, contact CEL with the vehicle model, production year, dashboard photograph and clear images of the BCM and its connectors.
The emulator is installed through a plug-and-play connection at the white BCM connector; no cutting or soldering is required. Installation instructions are supplied after purchase. Follow those instructions for your selected version.
Choose Short or Long when ordering. The package contains the emulator and connection harness for that version. The available versions and their prices are shown in the product selector above.
Freeze — Mode 1: mileage accumulation is completely stopped while this mode is active. A brief 20 km/h speedometer reading confirms the selection.
Bypass — Mode 2: the vehicle resumes normal mileage recording. Selection is confirmed by a brief 40 km/h speedometer reading.
These temporary readings indicate the chosen mode. Afterwards, the speedometer shows actual vehicle speed. Cruise control remains functional.
Keep the Corvette stationary with the engine running whenever changing modes. You can use either four high-beam flashes or three presses of the traction-control button. Preferably finish the selected sequence within four seconds, then check the speedometer confirmation.
The emulator starts in Freeze when initially connected. After a mode has been selected, that setting is retained through an ignition cycle.
A full Freeze → Bypass → Freeze cycle adds exactly 300 metres to the odometer while the car is stationary. This increment must be accounted for in your test records. Mode changes must not be performed while driving.
The year range alone does not establish compatibility. The BCM must have seven connectors and the module must be connected at the white connector. An eight-connector BCM is incompatible.
Yes. The speedometer returns to actual speed after briefly displaying the mode confirmation: 20 km/h for Freeze or 40 km/h for Bypass.
No. Freeze is active on initial connection, and the emulator subsequently remembers the last selected mode.
Completing a full Freeze → Bypass → Freeze cycle adds exactly 300 metres, even while stationary. This is part of the confirmed operating behaviour.

Two modes: Freeze and Bypass
With the vehicle stationary and the engine running, use either 4 high-beam flashes or 3 traction-control button presses, preferably within 4 seconds. The speedometer briefly indicates 20 km/h for Freeze or 40 km/h for Bypass, then returns to actual speed.

Change modes only while stationary with the engine running. Use either 4 high-beam flashes or 3 traction-control button presses, preferably within 4 seconds.
Freeze stops mileage accumulation; Bypass restores normal mileage recording. Confirmation is a brief speedometer indication: 20 km/h for Freeze or 40 km/h for Bypass.
The module initially starts in Freeze and remembers the last selected mode.
Each complete Freeze → Bypass → Freeze cycle adds exactly 300 metres to the odometer while stationary.
For off-road, closed-track and dyno testing only.

Switch only while stationary, with the engine running.
Starts in Freeze on initial connection; remembers the last selected mode
