Short and Long packages

Short is the standard plug-and-play cable arrangement. Long adds a longer lead and quick-disconnect connection. The dummy plug supplied with Long lets you use the normal connection when the emulator is disconnected.

Operating profiles and memory

The first connection activates Freeze. Four quick high-beam flashes select another profile; verify it using the hazard indication listed on each mode card. The device remembers the last selection when the ignition is cycled.

Will a software update affect the limited display?

The limited profile for a 2018+ software update shows 10% of real speed on the cluster. At a true 50 km/h, the indicated speed is 5 km/h. All driver assistants remain functional.
