This mileage blocker gives a compatible Chevrolet Suburban two selectable operating modes for controlled testing. Freeze stops mileage accumulation; Bypass restores normal distance recording. Before choosing a version, check the vehicle's BCM arrangement as well as its year. The required seven-connector BCM and white connection are essential compatibility conditions.
Intended exclusively for off-road, closed-track and dyno testing. Do not use on public roads or to misrepresent a vehicle's mileage or history.
The supported model range is Chevrolet Suburban 2014–2020. Your vehicle must have a Body Control Module (BCM) with seven connectors. An eight-connector BCM is not compatible with this product.
Identify the white BCM connector before installation. The grey connector is not the correct connection. If you cannot confidently identify the arrangement, send CEL your model, production year, dashboard photograph and clear BCM connector photographs for a compatibility check.
The module connects at the white BCM connector without cutting or soldering wires. Installation instructions are sent after purchase. Use the instructions supplied for your selected version and confirm the connection before proceeding.
Short and Long versions are available in the selector above. Your package includes the emulator and the connection harness for the selected version. Choose the required version before adding the product to your basket.
Mode 1 — Freeze: mileage accumulation is completely stopped. When this mode is selected, the speedometer briefly indicates 20 km/h as confirmation.
Mode 2 — Bypass: normal mileage recording resumes. The speedometer briefly indicates 40 km/h to confirm the change.
The confirmation reading is temporary. Afterwards, actual vehicle speed is displayed in either mode, and cruise control remains functional. Do not confuse the brief confirmation reading with the vehicle's actual speed.
Change modes only with the Suburban stationary and its engine running. Choose either four high-beam flashes or three traction-control button presses. Preferably complete your chosen sequence within four seconds, then observe the speedometer indication.
On initial connection, the emulator starts in Freeze. It subsequently remembers the last selected mode, so an ignition cycle does not require you to select that mode again.
Completing a full Freeze → Bypass → Freeze cycle adds exactly 300 metres to the odometer while stationary. Allow for this increment when recording test results. Never change modes while the vehicle is moving.
No. Check the BCM itself: it must have seven connectors, and the emulator must use the white connector. A vehicle with eight BCM connectors does not meet the compatibility requirements.
You may use either the four high-beam flashes or the three traction-control button presses. Both methods require a stationary vehicle with its engine running.
No. Actual speed remains displayed after the brief 20 km/h mode indication. Bypass uses a brief 40 km/h indication before returning to actual speed.
An exact 300-metre increment is part of this module's confirmed behaviour when a full Freeze → Bypass → Freeze cycle is completed while stationary. Record it separately when reviewing your test data.

For off-road, closed-track and dyno testing only.

Switch only while stationary, with the engine running.
Starts in Freeze on initial connection; remembers the last selected mode
