BMW 5 Series F07/F10/F11 Mileage Blocker

This BMW 5 Series F07/F10/F11 mileage blocker supports the listed 2010–2017 models for off-road, closed-track and dyno testing only. Even though this compatibility range ends before 2018, the software note remains relevant: a 2018+ software update concerns the vehicle software rather than its original build year.

Compatibility and installation

F07, F10 and F11 vehicles in the listed 2010–2017 application need no dashboard or connector photograph for this product. The module connects through plug-and-play fittings without cutting or soldering wiring. Installation instructions are provided after the order.

Short and Long packages

Select Short for the standard arrangement or Long when you want the longer cable and quick-disconnect connection. A dummy plug is included with Long to provide the ordinary connection while the emulator is disconnected.

Operating profiles and memory

Freeze is the starting mode after initial connection. Choose another profile with four quick high-beam flashes. The number of hazard flashes identifies the selected profile, and the module saves that setting across ignition cycles.

Can a 2010–2017 vehicle be affected by the software note?

Yes: 2018+ describes the software update rather than the build date. In the updated limited mode, 50 km/h actual speed produces a 5 km/h cluster reading. The other assistants continue working.
