Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery options), without unnecessary delay.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may hold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Return of Goods

After cancellation, you must return the goods within 30 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Goods must be returned in proper condition and, where possible, in original packaging.

You are only responsible for any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its functionality and condition.

Return Conditions

To ensure proper processing, returned items must:

• Be sent using approved return instructions

Unauthorized or incorrectly returned items may not be accepted.
